We ship within 3 to 5 business days.  Robeez Shoes ships within three weeks if we do not have it in stock.  Because customer satisfaction is our number one goal, we will take back any item ordered ONLINE within 2 business days after it is received.  Return shipping is paid by the customer.  A store credit will be extended if another item cannot be substituted.
